Our Vision

Transform youth, Transform society. We achieve to social and economic transformation for youths

With the little resources available

we have strengthened youth and teenage mothers with the ability to overcome severe hardships resulting from devastation of families by HIV pandemic and poverty.

Our Mission

To tap the inert skills for productivity using formal and non- formal approach in order to improve the livelihood of youths.

Our Goal is

To address social, emotional and economical challenges to vulnerable youths and children with skills for immediate use.

Together we can | Join our Cause

All our programs begin with an individual vulnerable youth (girl or boy). We look at the world from a youth's perspective and work with the community to dismantle the barriers to self reliance, independence and leadership through the CORE Initiative. Through skills development and empowerment that CORE provides, these resilient youth (boys and girls) especially teenage mothers are transforming their lives, and the lives of many other vulnerable children in their communities. .

Empower, inspire and change the youth

Since Our inception in 2015 youths who include 21 street children (Garbage collectors), 92 Teenage mothers, 46 women in sexual exploitation, 17 youths in drug abuse and 3 youths with disability have benefited from our programs. .

We Need Your Help

What does it mean to be a Sponsor?

As a sponsor, you are more than just someone far away supporting a child's education, a teen mother or a vulnerable youth - you are also a mentor and a friend. You are, similar to a godfather or a godmother. At CORE Initiative we encourage communication between our sponsors and our students. You will receive a letter at least twice a year, with a current photo and an English translation.
